These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on pantria.store. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
pantria.store is run by PANTRIA, a business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@pantria.store. If you need our postal address, for example to send a return, email us and we will provide it.
2. Using our website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content without our permission. Product images are for illustration; colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product.
3. Ordering and our contract with you
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), or in your local currency where available, and include any applicable UK taxes. Delivery is free worldwide. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are payable by the customer. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout, provided by Shopify and its payment partners. If we make an obvious mistake in a price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancelling and returning
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched (see our Cancellation Policy). After delivery, you can return items within 30 days under our Refund & Returns Policy. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are required by law to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, see our Damaged / Defective Products Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Using the product safely
The sealer has a heated strip that gets hot during use. Please follow the instructions included with it, keep fingers clear of the sealing strip, keep it away from children, and use it only for sealing suitable plastic food bags.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by using the product other than as instructed. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
10. Reviews and content
If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to show it on our website and social channels. We may edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and we will not publish content that is offensive or unlawful.
11. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or strikes. If this happens, we will let you know and do what we can to reduce the impact. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet delivered.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
