Welcome to Pantria. These terms explain how you can use our website and buy from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Pantria is an online store  based in England.

2. Using Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  • You agree to use our website lawfully. You must not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access, introduce viruses, or interfere with how it works.
  • We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know straight away at support@pantria.store if you think your account has been used without permission.

4. Products

  • We make every effort to show our products accurately, including colours, sizes and features. Small differences may occur because of screen settings or slight changes from the manufacturer.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll let you know and give you a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.
  • If we make an obvious pricing error, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify’s payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders and Contract

  • After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This isn’t yet acceptance of your order.
  • A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there’s a pricing error. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

7. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our shipping information. They’re estimates, not guarantees.
  • Some items are sent directly from our suppliers, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Ownership of goods passes to you once you’ve paid in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery, and you’re protected if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy. To start a return, email support@pantria.store with your order number.

9. Product Use and Safety

  • Please read and follow any instructions or safety warnings supplied with your product.
  • Some products, such as heat sealers, get hot during use. Use them as intended, let them cool before storing, and keep them away from children.
  • We aren’t responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, accidents, or using a product in a way it wasn’t designed for.

10. Our Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited.
  • We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
  • We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Our products are for domestic and private use only.
  • Our total liability for any order won’t exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.
  • These terms don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos and design, belongs to Pantria or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Reviews and Comments

If you leave a review or comment, it must be honest, lawful and not offensive. We may remove content that breaks these rules. By posting, you allow us to use your review on our website and social media.

13. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We aren’t responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, strikes or supplier problems. If this happens, we’ll let you know and do our best to minimise the delay. If there’s a serious delay, you can cancel for a full refund.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
